This is just me patting myself on the back again. I had to recount the number of weeks since i lost track (very good sign!)
I still haven’t killed anyone, and it’s getting waaaay easier to breath 😉
Anyhow, 6 weeks no smokie!!! Woohoo!

Seems weird…not one cancer stick in over a month. Everyone has been asking why how etc.
I woke up and stopped wanting them.
I woke up and realized…wow…I could be swimming.
Anyhow…bottom line…
I am still not smoking, Nootches!!!!!!
