Tony’s Apple a Day

I used to do this obsessively. No, not an apple πŸ˜‰
I used to make sure I read at least 5 pages from 3 books of reference material a day.
I guess I always loved knowing what things are, what they do, and what people are talking about.

Well…I have started it up again.

The books are Webster’s Concise Dictionary, The Oxford Companion to Philosophy, and Forensics for Dummies.
Before you ask why, the dictionary is a treasure of collected knowledge not just on how to spell but derivative meanings, usage, grammar. It’s basically a big “How to not sound like an idiot” book…and we all know I need it πŸ˜‰ The Philosophy book is a VERY strong refresher course and also touches on loads of work I wish I could just pour into my brain so I don’t have to spend years reading them πŸ˜‰

Almost done with the Forensics book …lol…it’s actually pretty interesting!! After that I have more than enough reference material. Pretty sure it’s going to be centered around George Santayana though…I havent read enough of his work.

Ciao!
