Hospital ignores Power of Attorney in visitation rights for gay couple.

If I didn’t read it myself, I wouldn’t have ever thought that people could be so absolutely fucking heartless.

Please read the article. It’s rather heartbreaking.

This has surpassed all boundaries of consideration for anyone close to one another…gay or not. This is simply unacceptable.

In what manner does any Legal or Judicial system claim the right to restrict visitation of the dying by friends and family.

This isn’t only unlawful. This is absolutely shameful.

Simply unbelievable that people could get treated this poorly…even with power of attorney!
