At times like these…I have to ask myself, “What would Cheshire Cat do?”
It seems my cable modem isn’t worthy and is dropping >50% packets in and out. This makes for a very frustrated Tony.
Yeah, my internet went down, and for about a day I completely forgot I had long since prepared for this eventuality and invested in very helpful wireless technologies that would allow me to carry on, even after Time Warner couldn’t.
Anyhow, I wanted to let everyone know I am about to rapid-fire out the three posts I was originally procrastinating about but can now blame the ISP for.
Thanks for the patience guys….and if you’re wondering where the Cheshire Cat comment comes in…the very first thing I see when I turn on my computer is this:

Global Gaming Factory is to buy them..for ~7.7mil.
The scary part about an non-impartial entity gain administrative access to this service will likely start reporting all usage of its files/torrent to a fee based subscriber. This will likely ruin this particular tract of file-sharing land. It’s too bad really. Much of things impossible to find are common access there.

I will be running an update on my system ‘ere soon and will be talking a ton about what happens
I used to do this obsessively. No, not an apple
I used to make sure I read at least 5 pages from 3 books of reference material a day.
I guess I always loved knowing what things are, what they do, and what people are talking about.
Well…I have started it up again.
The books are Webster’s Concise Dictionary, The Oxford Companion to Philosophy, and Forensics for Dummies.
Before you ask why, the dictionary is a treasure of collected knowledge not just on how to spell but derivative meanings, usage, grammar. It’s basically a big “How to not sound like an idiot” book…and we all know I need it
The Philosophy book is a VERY strong refresher course and also touches on loads of work I wish I could just pour into my brain so I don’t have to spend years reading them
Almost done with the Forensics book …lol…it’s actually pretty interesting!! After that I have more than enough reference material. Pretty sure it’s going to be centered around George Santayana though…I havent read enough of his work.
Ciao!
