Re-reading Memnoch now, actually…but posting a Tom-freaking-Cruise pic is not the way to promote Lestat. Gag. :6 And I like the Twilight books. Books, not movies. Best way I can think of to describe it is Twilight is a yummy candy dessert; Lestat is the multi-course meal.
Melanie…I was totally wondering when you were going to post. 😉 I was only looking for characters with a little more depth than the vampires that are all nicey-nice ones from Twilight.
Personally, I thought reading Twilight felt more like drinking the water in Mexico.
Twilight has its shortcomings, to be sure. But I still love ’em.
I believe Armand is next… ;> But of course, NOT Antonio Banderas. (rolls eyes) What the heck was up with that casting?? How is he a teenaged auburn cherub? Sometimes, the worst thing that could happen to a book is a movie.
